Toronto High Park FC’s Technical Development Programs are designed for players looking to improve their skills and progress through our competitive/OPDL pathway. These programs include unique and specialized training programs and opportunities instructed by our club’s professional coaches, which focus on physical, technical and tactical training.

HP Academy
Description: This program exposes players to training from the top coaches at the Club. Players will train in a more challenging training environment that includes increased physical, technical, tactical and psychological demands/tasks from the coaches. Participating in the program is a great way to prepare for OPDL but does not guarantee you a spot in the OPDL program.
*Invitation required to join HP Academy
Best for: U10-U13 Players in THPFC’s Development team programs
Program focus: Players will train in a challenging, high-intensity environment with an increased focus on technical development.

Futsal Tech Center (U8-U14+)
Description: The Futsal Tech Centre will challenge players in a unique setting that demands creativity, quick thinking, and intelligent movement. By training in smaller spaces with constant pressure, players will develop sharper technical skills and stronger tactical awareness—attributes that will directly benefit their outdoor game as well. Participating in the Futsal Tech Centre is an excellent way to accelerate development and broaden future opportunities.
Best for: Development and Competitive Players (U8-13 and U14+)
Program focus: Enhancing technical and tactical football growth through the game of futsal
Location: Runnymede PS, Charles Sauriol and Norseman Junior Middle School

Goalkeeping School (U8-21)
Description: THPFC is excited to offer two goalkeeper-specific training sessions per week, streamlined to ensure that the age of players in each session aligns with the Ontario Soccer Player Pathway. Each session focuses on age-appropriate aspects of the position, building technical skills, tactical understanding and confidence, while also aligning with our THPFC Playing Identity.
Best for: Goalkeepers ages 8-21
Program focus: Building technical skills, tactical understanding and confidence.
