Junior Match Official Program

overview
The Junior Match Official Program provides opportunities for Club players to become recreational match officials by shadowing professional staff at the Club.
The program has been created to provide an avenue to give back to the Club and our community as it aims to offset the certification and equipment costs associated with becoming a match official, making it more accessible for young participants. By compensating junior officials for their work this can later help with covering other costs associated with becoming a match official. It also provides an opportunity for kids to “try out” officiating, similar to how player trials work, allowing them to explore the role without a significant initial commitment.
