Governance

Toronto High Park Football (Soccer) Club (‘THPFC’) is incorporated as a ‘corporation without share capital’ – more commonly known as a not-for-profit corporation – in the Province of Ontario. The Club is governed by an elected Board of Directors that addresses issues of strategy, policy and risk management while providing general oversight of operations and programming.

THPFC Annual General Meeting

THPFC’s annual general meeting (AGM) brings together the general membership of the Club, as required by its by-laws, to conduct the business of the Club including:

  • Receiving reports on the Club’s activities and finances;
  • Reviewing and approving amendments to the bylaws
  • Electing officers to the Board of Directors; and,
  • Appointing the independent auditor.


The next AGM will be held on April 2027.
