Toronto High Park FC is governed by a Board consisting of the following elected officers:

  • President
  • Vice-President, Corporate
  • Vice-President, Football
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Registrar
  • Director-at-large
  • Swansea Program Director
  • West End United Program Director
  • Indoor House League Program Director
  • Micro (Timbits) Program Director
  • Rep Program Director
  • Select Program Director
  • Women’s Program Director

As the Club grows, there are two new roles in the executive.

Vice President, Corporate

In general, VP Corporate supports the role of the President as may be required from time-to-time.

Other more specific duties include the following.

  • Attend Executive meetings and participate in the setting of Club policy.
  • Interface with and coordinate with the Registrar and the Treasurer on matters relating to the Club's corporate affairs.
  • Interact with the directors of the various House League programs, and the Competitive and Select programs as required to establish and support their roles within the Club on matters related to the Club’s ongoing operation.
  • Oversee the duties and performance of the Club’s employees.
  • In conjunction with the Registrar and the Treasurer, conduct yearly performance reviews of the employees.
  • Interact with the membership as required and as necessary to provide service to issues as they may arise and direct a solution as may be required.

Vice President, Football

In general, VP Football support the role of the President as may be required from time-to-time.

Other more specific duties include the following.

  • Attend Executive meetings and participate in the setting of Club policy.
  • In conjunction with the Competitive director, represent the Club at all competitive league meetings and events as may be required.
  • Interface with and coordinate with the Registrar and the Treasurer on matters relating to the Club's on-field affairs.
  • Interact with the directors of the various House League programs, and the Competitive and Select programs as required to establish and support their roles within the Club on matters related to the Club’s ongoing football operations.
  • In consultation with the Technical Director, the various House League, Competitive and Select directors, establish the direction of the game of football as it is to be played at the Club.
