Ball Striking

Looking to learn how to kick better?  The Ball Striking program is geared towards enhancing a player's technique when striking a ball.

The sessions are designed to expose players to different ball striking techniques and provide them with the ability to self-correct in the future.  This position-specific training provides an opportunity for players to receive in-depth coaching pertaining to the striker position.

The Ball Striking component of the training will work on a player's technique when making contact with the ball.  There are a variety of ways in which the ball can be struck by a player, all for different reasons.  The ability to strike a ball in different ways allows players and teams to play with more variation.

To put different types of ball striking into practice, players will be put through a variety of activities specific to the striker position where movement and ball striking (on goal) will be combined.

It is important to note that the techniques that are learned will need to be put in to practice on a regular basis to see advancement, but through the training players will be given the foundational tools to build upon for success!
